We’d been looking for where to order a fitted wardrobe for my daughter’s bedroom for a while, and were recommended Unique by a colleague who’d had them do much of his house. As soon as my wife and I met Greg we knew we were in good hands. Greg is a great interior designer, very patient and was just great to work with throughout the process. The end product looks great, just like the cgi’s Greg provided and we’re delighted with the quality. The fitter Stuart also very pleasant to deal with, did a careful job & left everything clean and tidy. Great experience all round.

We've had a second round of installation from Unique. Every bit as good as the last round, which you'd expect as Stuart was the same cheerful, helpful, professional craftsman as previously. Excellent piece of work. Very pleased with it.

New fitted wardrobes in our main bedroom today by Stuart. Top notch service and product. Custom design meant that the fitting took barely half a day! Would heartily recommend as the whole process from design to completion was smooth as the soft closing doors on our sleek new wardrobes.

WOW JUST WOW - i am completely in love with my bedroom and feel like i am in a high end hotel, this is better than i even imagined - if i could have given more stars i would hae done. Lets set it out Greg came to do the design with me, he heard my vision and turned it into a reality, letting me lead, giving suggestions and creating a spec that completely me my brief. So i wanted sheving and drawers with an overhead pelmet large cupboard (ad not enough room for a wardrobe and a unit that coukd have storage where my Tv could sit an shelving incorporated. Greg just saw my vision, he is really impressive. Also because of what i wanted, putpose built materials would never have worked, what i got from Unique was bespoke built for me and my room. The next part is often where conpanies fall down! But absolutely not!! Along comes Stuart with the materials and builds my custom made bedroom. Stuart is so lovely (coffee 1 sugar and keep them coming 🥰) he is so professional and the build is absolutely amazing! Stuart consulted with ke throughout and giving suggestions and working with any requirement. He is simply awesome. This whole thing was done in two days and greg recommended a carpenter who we boiked to come the afternoon of the build to put the carpets back down. All worked seamlessly and catpenter very cost effective. He knows the company and stuart so they communicated behind the scenes so everything happened without any glitch. Thank you Unique i am hoing to love this bedroom forever and i cant thank yoy enough! Advice - make sure the room is clear there are a lot of big pieces coming in and work needed in that space, we ordered our new bed to come the dat after the build and SO pleased we done that - made such a difference for ease for the fitters and less likelihood of scapes and dmanafes which can of cpurse happen when such things are going in in small spaces. If you are wondering whether to go to a high street or Unique, there is no comparison even witb the more high scale fitters, Uniques materials, backboards, hinges, draw runners, eveything is high quality and built to last. Maybe Unique may cost a little more but for ehwt you are paying even in the high street, the little difference in price is not comparable to the end result and durability you get. We were looking to turn one of our bedrooms into a home office and this has been the best experience we have ever had in terms of a home improvement project. It all started with an incredibly welcoming, genuinely friendly and helpful experience with Harri at the showroom of Unique in which we got to see lots of examples of what they can do, all of which used top quality materials. Harri took time to listen to what we were looking for and explained how it could be achieved. From there Harri advised that Greg the Interior Designer will be in touch to visit our home to carry out a survey and advise on what could be possible. Greg indeed contacted us shortly and visited us soon after. Greg is also genuinely friendly, very knowledgeable, has great listening skills and was able to very clearly communicate how the whole process works. He understood very quickly what we wanted and was able to advise on design styles, colour combinations, layout and cost. This all allowed the possibly for us to be able to maximise the space yet keep it a calm, peaceful and organised place where we can do our work which is exactly what we wanted. Greg then very efficiently was able to produce renders of what we could expect which looked amazing. From there he was always on hand and very patient when we wanted to tweak a few things until we were happy to proceed. Not once were we ever pressured into anything which was a delight. Then came the installation which was carried out by Stuart with the help of Sam and even Harri on one occasion to overcome a particularly tricky task. This was carried out over two days and was another excellent experience. They were punctual, professional, hardworking, tidy and respectable of our property. Absolutely first class! The installation team brought the brilliant design to life and made it a reality for us. Lastly Greg called just after the installation had been completed to make sure we were happy with everything. Excellent all round We have had wardrobes and other bedroom furniture designed and fitted by Unique over the years and have always been very pleased with the quality of the furniture, and with all the help and advice given by Greg. Greg has always listened very carefully to what we were looking for and offered thoughtful ideas of his own. He led us through the whole process carefully and with great communication. Greg supplied us with excellent, detailed drawings and talked us through them. The carpenter who fitted the cupboards was an excellent tradesman and was considerate and tidy. The quality of the furniture fitted by Unique, we feel, is excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate at all to use them again; in fact we are hoping to get some more cupboards fitted this year. We wouldn’t say Unique are cheap, but, taking into account the quality, we think they are very good value for money.
